Use of the site
By accessing or using bdgnet.com.co ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. You must notify BDG Net immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. The BDG Net name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BDG Net or its affiliates. Limited licence to users

Limitation of liability

Cap on liability and indemnification
In no event shall BDG Net's total aggregate liability to you exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred) or the amount you paid to BDG Net in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BDG Net and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
