Office hours

BDG Net support runs on the following schedule (all times in Indian Standard Time):

  • Automated in-app chat: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Perfect for instant answers about deposits, withdrawals via PhonePe or GPay, game rules, and account settings.
  • Live human agents: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. Our trained staff handle complex queries, disputed transactions, bonus questions, and account verification during these hours.

Queries submitted outside live-agent hours are automatically logged and picked up at the start of the next available session. You will receive a reply by email or in-app notification.

Online-only support
